About the Resale
The Hoofer Ski and Snowboard Resale is the largest sale of its type in the entire Midwest. Vendors bring in skis, snowboards, apparel, and related items, coupled with all the equipment that the public brings in, to produce one amazing sale. Prices are significantly lower than retail.
Stop by the Silent Auction to bid on great prizes and packages.
If you are selling your own skis or equipment, you can drop it off and "forget" about it for the weekend. We have salesmen on site to help sell your skis!
The actual sale is held on December 1st and 2nd in the Memorial Union, 800 Langdon St, Madison, WI
We accept cash, checks (NOT starter checks), Mastercard & Visa.
When is it?
- Saturday, December 1st 2007 from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday, December 2nd 2007 from 9:00am to 3:00pm
Selling Equipment
If you would like to sell your equipment, public Drop off times are:
- Thursday, November 29th 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Friday, November 30th 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
We cannot accept used helmets or recalled bindings.
ONLY 10 ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM EACH PERSON.
After the sale, if your equipment did not sell, public Pick up times are:
- Sunday, December 2nd 2007 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Monday, December 3rd 2007 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
We will post the list of items that have sold online so that you will know if yours have sold or not.
Shopping for someone else?
Be prepared. Bring a list of their height, weight, boot/shoe size.
